Job Title: MEP Engineer Location: Cheguru, Hyderabad Experience: 7 - 10 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor Accommodation / HRA and food will be Provided Preferred Candidates: We are especially looking for candidates residing in or near Shamshabad , Shadnagar , or Cheguru for easy commute and site availability. About the Project: The project consists of 4 residential building blocks (G+5 floors) and 1 clubhouse. It is a conventional RCC construction (not a high-rise or Mivan structure). Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee MEP installations (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC) across all buildings and the club house. Coordinate with civil engineers and subcontractors for smooth workflow and timely completion. Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards. Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage material planning, procurement tracking, and vendor coordination for MEP works. Identify and resolve technical issues and interface problems. Prepare daily, weekly progress reports and escalate issues when required. Support the project manager with MEP planning, scheduling, and execution. Attend and participate in site meetings and coordinate with consultants and vendors. Ensure timely testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Requirements: 3 to 8 years of hands-on site experience in MEP works, preferably in residential or mid-rise building projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, fire fighting systems, and HVAC installations. Good understanding of site execution, drawings, and standards. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the site. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Benefits: Bachelor Accommodation provided near the project site.
