MEP Engineer

You are in search of a skilled MEP Engineer who can effectively handle mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of building drawings, load schedules, and single line diagrams using AutoCAD and MS Office tools. You will be required to conduct lighting calculations, cable sizing, breaker selection, and earth system installation planning. Additionally, you should be adept at preparing BOQ, quotation comparisons, and tender estimations using CPWD DSR and PRICE software. Monitoring and supervising Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire Protection works at the site will also be part of your role. Ensuring that all work aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes is essential. Daily site inspections, labor activity scheduling, progress tracking, and target updates are integral to the position. Furthermore, your job will involve coordinating and attending meetings with internal teams or clients to address technical queries and work-related issues. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP construction or building services. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Excel is required, along with familiarity with CPWD standards, DSR, and estimation tools like PRICE. A strong understanding of MEP systems and on-site coordination is crucial, along with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
