Assist in execution, supervision, monitoring, and timely delivery of Mechanical execution deliverables (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Packages) and quality management for multiple hospitality projects.

Job Responsibilities: Execution Management

Ensure that site execution is progressing as per approved IFC/GFC drawings.
Plan, monitor, and control contractors' staff, manpower, and materials to complete projects within approved timelines.
Attend periodic site progress meetings and anticipate design issues in advance, taking preventive actions in collaboration with the design team.
Raise site queries (RFIs) and provide necessary technical support to mechanical contractors at site.
Approve contractors' submitted samples and material submittals as per approved design specifications and makes.
Resolve day-to-day site queries raised by vendors/contractors' execution teams (RFIs) and escalate to the core design team if unable to resolve within the prescribed period.
Maintain logs and documentation for communications to and from site contractors.
Participate in weekly design collaboration meetings and provide input regarding real site conditions to internal stakeholders to ensure design development aligns with actual site conditions.
Responsible for overall execution-related documentation as per SOP.
Timely update execution progress trackers and contractors' performance measurement systems, including daily and weekly reporting systems.
Review and comment on construction drawings and technical specifications received from the design team.
Compile a quality assurance plan and implement a quality control system as per company and best industry practices.
Check and certify measurement sheets submitted by vendors/contractors.
