Job Description: As an MEP Engineer in the real estate industry, your role will involve planning, coordinating, and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring efficient design, quality installation, and compliance with regulations throughout all project phases. You will be instrumental in reviewing and validating MEP designs, coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and contractors, supervising on-site MEP installations, conducting inspections and testing, ensuring safety compliance, and managing vendors while resolving technical issues. Your expertise in MEP systems and project execution will be crucial for the successful completion of projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project management. This is a full-time position based in Mohali with a salary ranging from 35K to 42K. In addition to competitive compensation, benefits include cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
