Job Description

Role Overview

MEP (Electrical/Mechanical) Engineers

site execution skills

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor site execution of
electrical and mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting)
works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with
consultants, contractors, and site teams
for quality and timely completion of work.
Review
GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions
for MEP services.
Manage
installation, testing, and commissioning
of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).
Ensure adherence to
safety, quality, and statutory compliance
at site.
Track daily progress, prepare progress reports, and update the Project Manager.
Verify and approve material requisitions and vendor bills as per site requirements.
Support the project team in
technical audits, inspections, and handover documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience in
real estate, construction, or infrastructure
projects.
Strong knowledge of
building services and MEP integration
.
Hands-on site experience in
high-rise / large-scale residential or commercial projects
.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ready to work at project sites across
Mumbai, Thane & Pune.
