Oversee and streamline billing and contract administration processes
* Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices to clients* Conduct thorough technical reviews of detailed MEP system drawings,specifications, tenders and calculations* Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance* Contribute to the optimization of designs and avoid over-engineering through careful analysis and control
Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals for drawings and
related documentation* Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering* Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements forconsultants, reports, submittals, and take-offs* Support budgeting and scheduling efforts for MEP-related phases of the project* Coordinate with vendors to discuss product details and technical specifications
