Mentorship Counselor in South West, South, Delhi, Delhi

The mentorship counselor will play a key role in supporting the emotional well-being and personal development of our beneficiaries, volunteers, and interns. This role involves providing one-on-one and group counselling, conducting awareness workshops, and creating individual growth plans that promote mental health, career clarity, and overall empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students, beneficiaries, interns, and volunteers.
• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to address personal and developmental challenges.
• Develop and execute individualized action plans to meet specific emotional and career needs.
• Conduct regular individual meetings with students to provide counselling and strategic direction.
• Assist in the ideation and development of new social projects, aligned with the NGO’s mission.
• Facilitate and coordinate student-led project meetings, guiding them in execution and strategic planning.
• Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health, personal development, and leadership.
• Collaborate with program teams to ensure integrated, inclusive support across all activities.
• Maintain confidential records, track progress, and submit regular updates to the project head.
  

Note: The role will begin after a successful 3-month training period, during which the candidate will receive a stipend of 10k - 15k. Upon successful onboarding, the salary will range between 22k to 55k per month, depending on experience and performance.
