Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced mentor from Accounting and Finance background who can guide and prepare students for interviews related to their field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct snap and mock interviews for Accounting and Finance profiles
• Provide personalized feedback and improvement areas
• Guide students on domain-specific interview questions and case studies
• Share insights on current trends and expectations in the industry
• Help students build confidence and structure effective interview response

Requirements:

• Strong background in Accounting and Finance (industry or academic experience)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Prior experience in interview preparation or student training is a plus
• Passionate about helping students succeed
