About Sahamati Foundation:
Sahamati is a collective that enables collaboration and governance within India’s Account Aggregator (AA) ecosystem. As a not-for-profit industry alliance, we work closely with regulated entities, technology providers, and ecosystem participants to promote secure and consent-driven data sharing under the RBI’s AA framework.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Operations Analyst to join our Member Success team. This role is central to ensuring a smooth experience for our ecosystem participants by driving operational excellence, due diligence, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong coordination skills to strengthen Sahamati’s operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Due Diligence
    • Coordinate due diligence reviews for prospective and existing members (FIPs, FIUs, AAs, etc.) in line with defined membership criteria.
    • Verify documentation related to regulatory registration, onboarding readiness, and participation eligibility.
    • Maintain up-to-date member profiles and supporting documents in the CRM.
    • Liaise with Legal, Governance, Tech, and Member success teams to close open queries or document clarifications.
  • Product Due Diligence
    • Support review of new product submissions (e.g., Demos, Tech documents, JSONs, etc) for compliance with Sahamati’s products, frameworks and standards.
    • Document technical and operational readiness of Members for Sahamati products, based on evaluation checklists.
    • Coordinate review inputs from internal experts and ensure timely CRM updates on status and outcomes.
  • CRM and Workflow Management
    • Maintain accurate records of all due diligence activities in the CRM (e.g., Zoho).
    • Set up and automate workflows for review stages, follow-ups, and status tracking.
    • Ensure consistency of member and product data across related modules.
    • Generate summary dashboards and reports for management and governance review.
  • Coordination & Communication
    • Act as the operational point of contact for due diligence queries from members.
    • Track review progress and communicate next steps clearly to internal teams and members.
    • Maintain documentation repositories, version control, and internal reference notes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in due diligence, partner onboarding, compliance operations, or CRM management.
  • Familiarity with financial sector participants (banks, NBFCs, RTAs, fintechs, AAs, etc.) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience with KYC / due diligence processes in financial or regulatory contexts.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho tools (CRM, Desk, Analytics, etc.).
