Member Relations & Coordination Executive

seeking an energetic and organized Member Relations & Coordination Executive to support our growing business networking community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential business owners and professionals, introduce them to BisNetX, and invite them to attend our Wednesday meetings as visitors.
• Educate members about BisNetX policies, procedures, and meeting etiquette.
• Make reminder calls and messages to members and visitors before each meeting.
• Assist in managing office tasks, documentation, and coordination of meeting logistics.
• Maintain and update member and visitor data in the CRM system.
• Support the leadership team in planning and executing BisNetX events and sessions.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools).
• Prior experience in customer coordination, marketing support, or office administration is a plus.
