Position Summary: Member of Technical Staff is responsible for delivering and supporting athenahealth's employee collaboration solutions by partnering with business process owners and technology team members. This individual will be part of a multidisciplinary team charged with implementing enterprise business applications for athenahealth.

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join our athenaIT team within our Bangalore R&D division. Your role will be to build products and services for athenaIT, helping us reach our goal of becoming the healthcare backbone by enhancing our cloud-based EHR solution and leveraging the network effect of 85,400+ providers. Job Responsibilities

• Partner with various teams across the company to support athenahealth's business applications by advising on best practices, recommending process improvements, and implementing system enhancements that advance business goals
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong design and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL/MongoDB databases
• Familiarity with Git
• Strong customer service orientation
• Creative, flexible, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in diverse, co-located and remote teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills
