Key Responsibilities: - Validate and process applications amendments to BOI Back Office. - Escalate discrepancies to supervisors. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any stream, preferably in Commerce/Finance. - Fresh to job candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn. - Basic knowledge of banking products will be an added advantage. - Good typing skills (>30 WPM, 90-95% accuracy). - Strong analytical and interpretation skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Keen eye for details. - Exposure to MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). - Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime.
