Role Overview: As a Process Associate at HCL Tech, you will be responsible for validating and processing applications amendments to BOI Back office. You will escalate any discrepancies to supervisors and ensure smooth operations. It is essential to be comfortable working in a UK/ Rotational Shift environment. Key Responsibilities: - Validate and process applications amendments to BOI Back office - Escalate any discrepancies to supervisors Qualifications Required: - Graduates in any stream, preferably in Commerce/Finance - Fresh to Job candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Basic knowledge of banking products will be advantageous - Good Typing Skills (>30 WPM, 90-95% accuracy) - Strong Analytical and Interpretation Skills - Excellent Communication skills - Keen eye for details - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) - Willingness to work in shifts and overtime Additional Details: HCL Tech is a multinational company offering a great salary package and excellent working environment.
