Medical Writer II (Funding e-Request)

We are looking for a highly skilled Medical Writer II with 2-5 years of experience to join our team at Syneos Health, contributing to the development of high-quality medical content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical and life sciences.

• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documents, including clinical trial reports and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality of medical writing across all products and programs.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of medical literature to inform writing decisions and stay current with industry developments.
• Create engaging and informative content that meets the needs of various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients.
• Edit and review drafts for clarity, grammar, and style, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences principles, including clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and medical communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style according to audience and purpose.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic tools and technologies for document management, collaboration, and productivity tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with e-Request systems and processes, along with experience in funding or proposal writing is an asset.
