WE HAVE VACANCY FOR MEDICAL TYPIST FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGE IN JABALPUR ( MADHYA PRADESH )

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: ANY GRADUATE WITH SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL EXPERINCE.

DUTIES:-

Transcribe medical reports and documents accurately and efficiently.
Edit and proofread transcriptions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Follow protocols and guidelines for confidentiality and data security.
Maintain accurate records of transcriptions and revisions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any unclear information.
Provide training and support to other transcriptionists as needed.
Translate medical abbreviations and jargon into the appropriate long form
Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
Attention to detail and accuracy
