We are looking for passionate individuals with the following qualifications:

1. MSW or Any Degree with interest in Social Work

2. Good communication and team building skills

3. Willingness to travel

4. Tamil speaking

5. Willingness to commit long-term (shifting to Thiruvannamalai) and grow with the institution

6. Understanding the terrible loss faced by a person with spinal-cord injury and their families and helping them rebuild their lives with commitment, empathy and care

Salary will be standard market salaries based on qualification, experience and value addition.
