Medical Scribe

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions, including medical histories, physical exams, test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Assist in Patient Flow: Help manage patient flow by preparing charts, updating records, and ensuring that all necessary information is available for physicians during consultations.
• Electronic Health Records (EHR): Enter and update patient data into EHR systems in real time.
• Assist in Exam Support: While not involved in direct patient care, scribes assist physicians by ensuring all required medical information is logged and organized.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that documentation meets healthcare regulations, standards, and hospital protocols.

Skills Required:

• Medical Terminology: Understanding of medical terms, procedures, and abbreviations to accurately document patient information.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in transcribing information and ensuring all aspects of the patient's encounter are documented.
• Typing & Computer Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills and proficiency in EHR systems and medical documentation software.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow the physician’s instructions and communicate clearly.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage patient records efficiently and maintain accurate data.
• Time Management: Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to document patient encounters in real time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
