Job Description

Job Title:

Locations:

Mumbai/ Delhi / Hyderabad or Bangalore.

Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)

4050 hospitals daily

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions (4050 per day).
Administer structured questionnaires and surveys to physicians and healthcare professionals.
Collect, analyze, and report clinical and medical insights from the field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to support medical strategy and evidence generation.
Stay updated on clinical research, therapeutic trends, and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

PharmD, MPharm, or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
12 years of experience in a field-based MSL or similar role.
Prior experience in clinical research, market research, or healthcare fieldwork is essential.
Strong scientific acumen with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Freshers will
not
be considered.

Preferred Background:

Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or in healthcare-focused market research.
Familiarity with hospital systems and physician engagement protocols.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
