Medical Representative

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Medical Representatives to join our team in Erode. As a Medical Representative, your primary responsibility will be promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals. You will need to build strong client relationships, provide product information, and stay updated on market trends. Your role is crucial in driving awareness and demand for our products. Your key responsibilities will include promoting company products through in-person visits and presentations to medical professionals. You should effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage guidelines. Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory is essential. Timely follow-up on prescriptions, feedback, and inquiries is crucial for success in this role. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences in the region. Submitting timely reports on doctor coverage, feedback, prescription trends, and competitor insights is part of your duties. Achieving sales targets and ensuring market penetration in the designated area are critical for your success. Coordination with internal departments for stock availability, order processing, and delivery updates will be necessary. You must maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, visits, and follow-ups using internal systems. Adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies during promotional activities is a must. You should ensure that promotional materials used are compliant with marketing and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a degree with 1 to 5 years of experience in Marketing or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. A willingness to travel within the assigned region and a self-motivated, goal-driven approach are also required. This is a full-time position based in Erode with a salary of up to 30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
