Job Description

About the Role:

Himalaya Wellness is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Medical Representatives to join our OTC/RX product sales team. This is a great opportunity to begin a career in the wellness and pharmaceutical industry with one of India's most trusted brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Himalaya’s OTC and RX range to doctors, pharmacies, and retailers
Conduct field visits, product detailing, and promotional campaigns
Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
Educate clients on product usage and benefits
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance

Product Portfolio:

Skin care creams & ointments
Herbal capsules and syrups
Pain relief balms and patches
Wellness and immunity supplements

Training & Internship Details:

Duration: 6 months (3 months classroom training + 3 months field internship)
Stipend: ₹10,000/month
Accommodation: Provided during training
On-the-job Placement: Begins after 3 months with ₹15,000 salary + incentives
Post Completion (7th Month Onwards): ₹3,00,000 per annum (CTC) + performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any graduate with a minimum of 50% aggregate
Age Limit: 21 to 29 years
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in field sales preferred
Skills: Good communication, willingness to travel, and field-oriented mindset
