Job Description

Mediffic Life Sciences is hiring a confident, fluent English-speaking, and hardworking Business Executive (Medical Representative) to promote our pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail Mediffic’s products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and institutions.
• Conduct daily fieldwork, territory planning, and route planning.
• Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Participate in CMEs, promotional events, and medical activities.
• Maintain accurate reports, call logs, and documentation.
• Use MS Office and email for reporting and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• Undergraduate degree (Preferred: B.Sc or B.Pharma).
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Confident, presentable, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be willing to work in a field-based, on-site role.
