Job Description

Promote the company’s products to healthcare professionals in a designated area. Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about pharmaceutical products, including usage, benefits, side effects, and contraindications. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement territory action plans to meet customer needs and sales goals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and report findings to management. Attend company meetings, training sessions, and product launches. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools or sales reporting systems. Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and promotional events. Ensure ethical promotion of pharmaceutical products in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
