Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare practitioners to increase product awareness and market share.
• Organize appointments, meetings, and presentations with medical professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
• Conduct market analysis and keep track of competitors’ activities and new product launches.
• Submit regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team.

Requirements

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (freshers may also apply).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
