Job Summary:

As a Trainee Medical Representative, your primary role will be to promote Systopic’s pharmaceutical brands to doctors, build professional relationships, and generate prescriptions through ethical selling. This position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or young professionals looking to build a rewarding career in pharma sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet doctors on a regular basis to promote pharmaceutical products
• Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly targets
• Organize and conduct product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of field activities
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager for training and territory development

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Msc, M pharm ,B.Sc. or B.Pharm
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and meet field demands
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
