Medical Recs Coding & Transc. Analyst

You have 3+ years of experience in any Healthcare BPO, specifically in EM Multispecialty or CPC CERTIFIED roles. Your role involves highlighting documentation deficiencies and playing the subject matter expert (SME) role for freshers. You should have good knowledge in EM outpatient coding, multispecialty, and procedure codes. In addition, you need to have at least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications. This experience should have required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools. Your work schedule will require you to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST. Please note that the shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. You should also be flexible to accommodate overtime and work on weekends based on business requirements. Furthermore, you should have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, in order to exchange information with our clients.,
