We are looking for experienced medical and life science graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Medical Records Review Scientist/QC in the medical record review field, specifically at QC and Production Level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records review and quality control.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Develop and implement effective quality control processes to maintain high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights for process improvements.

Develop and maintain documentation of quality control procedures and protocols.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as medicine, biology, or pharmacy.

Minimum 1 year of experience in medical records review, preferably in a quality control setting.

Possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and industry standards.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records are required.
