Roles and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely completion of daily tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.
Perform death registrations accurately and efficiently according to established procedures.
Authorize access to confidential patient information only when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as a Medical Record Technician or related field (MRT).
Diploma in Any Specialization from an accredited institution.
Strong skills in ICD coding, MRS (Medical Records System), record keeping, report preparation, supervision, TECHNICIAN activities.
