Job Description

Position: Medical Record Executive / Officer/ Technician
Experience: 1–3 years (Hospital experience preferred)

Timing - 11.30 - 5.00 pm (Mon -Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update patient medical records as per NABH standards.
Handle birth and death registration and coordinate with municipal authorities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of records.
Support audits and data management activities.

Key Skills:

Knowledge of birth & death registration process (as per Indian regulations).
Familiar with HIS/EMR systems and medical documentation.

Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Medical Records or Hospital Administration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
