Medical Receptionist

Job Description: Rabindra Health Care, a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic, is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Receptionist cum Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and assist the physiotherapy team in daily clinical operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Administrative Duties: Greet and assist patients with courtesy and professionalism. Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-up reminders. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently. Maintain patient records, billing, and daily cash handling. Coordinate with physiotherapists for patient flow and scheduling. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area. Technical & Clinical Support: Assist physiotherapists in setting up therapy equipment and treatment areas. Operate electrotherapy and exercise therapy machines under supervision. Maintain and sterilize physiotherapy instruments and accessories. Monitor equipment functionality and report any issues. Support patient exercises as guided by physiotherapists. Maintain daily logs of patient treatments and machine usage. --- Requirements: Minimum qualification: +2 or Graduate in any discipline (Science background preferred). Certification or experience in physiotherapy/medical technician work is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software, billing). Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and work as part of a healthcare team. --- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualification.
