The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and assist the physiotherapy team in daily clinical operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Administrative Duties: Greet and assist patients with courtesy and professionalism. Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-up reminders. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently. Maintain patient records, billing, and daily cash handling. Coordinate with physiotherapists for patient flow and scheduling. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and waiting area.
