Medical Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist / Accountant (Healthcare Clinic)
Location: Maruti Wound Clinic, Trivandrum
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (subject to change based on patient volume)

Work Days: Sunday to Saturday (1 paid leave per month)

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Receptionist / Accountant to manage front-desk operations and basic accounting duties at Maruti Wound Clinic, a specialized diabetic foot care center in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Handle patient registration, billing, inventory and payment collection
• Maintain accurate cash and expense records
• Coordinate with the nursing and medical team for smooth workflow
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and ensure front desk is organized
• Prepare daily income and expense reports
• Answer patient queries in person or via phone

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree (Commerce or related preferred)
• Prior experience in a clinic/hospital setting is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of accounting or billing software (Excel, Tally, or clinical software)
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Punctual, polite, and patient-friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work on Sundays and extend shift timings based on patient needs
