Communication:Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, and handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Administrative Tasks:Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining front desk records.
Information Provision:Provide clear and accurate information about hospital procedures, services, and directions to facilities.
Patient Comfort:Ensure the waiting area is organized and welcoming for patients and their families.
Equipment Management:Monitor and ensure the availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment at the front desk.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:High school diploma or equivalent (10+2) is typically the minimum requirement.
