Medical Receptionist

• Files reports, phone orders and other documents as required

• Ensures transcribed reports are appropriately forwarded in a timely fashion as

necessary

• Communicates report status or content to the consulting doctor via Phone or WhatsApp or verbally
• Answering phones for an Administrative Office
• Complete scheduling of appointments of patients and coordination with the visiting doctor
• Processing correspondence to referring physicians and patients
• Cross covering other positions as needed
• Provide positive and courteous customer service at both the reception desk
• Scheduling services, and over the phone for multiple clinic sites while maintaining a professional presence at all times
• Collaborates with the triage team and Patient Flow Coordinator to efficiently

manage daily provider schedules and assists with accommodating walk-in patients or same-day appointments

• May be required to perform other job related miscellaneous clerical duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• You can apply for the job if you have completed BA in English or Diploma in Pharmacy (D Pharma). Fellowship in Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) are also preferred.
