As a Receptionist at Manasvi Psychiatric Clinic, based in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in managing the front desk, scheduling appointments, and creating invoices for patients. Your primary responsibility will be to be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. - Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of the doctor's time. - Greet and welcome patients, creating a friendly and supportive environment. - Ensure accurate billing for patient invoices. - Maintain patient records and handle confidential information with discretion. - Utilize computer software, specifically Tally and Marg, for billing and scheduling appointments. - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
