Medical Operations Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Operations Intern to support our Medical Operations team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roster management, staffing coordination, and operational support for a healthcare setup. You will work closely with our medical operations associates to ensure smooth scheduling and functioning of the medical team.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: Competitive pay, based on skills and interview performance
• Mode: Full-time (Work from Office – Bangalore)
• Possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing rosters for the medical team.
• Help coordinate leave and duty replacements for doctors.
• Support in tracking and monitoring queue sizes, adding doctors on duty if required.
• Assist in monitoring early/late logins for the medical team.
• Help in training coordination for doctors on different case types.
• Maintain operational data in Google Sheets/MS Excel.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduates or students in their final year (BCom, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
• Btech/B.E graduates are not eligible.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with basic mathematics/statistics.
• Proficient in basic computing and Google Sheets/MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
