Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital/clinical setup

Location: Pacific OneHealth, Pacific Mall,Sahibabad Industrial Area

Role Summary:

The Medical Officer (Telemedicine) will provide remote consultations, diagnose and treat patients via audio/video platforms, and ensure high-quality virtual care aligned with clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Teleconsultation & Patient Care

 • Conduct online consultations (audio/video/chat) with patients across specialties within MBBS scope.

 • Assess symptoms, diagnose conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatment.

 • Review diagnostic reports shared by patients and guide them on next steps.

 • Escalate complicated cases to specialists when required.

Clinical Protocols & Documentation

 • Maintain proper electronic medical records (EMR/HMIS).

 • Follow telemedicine guidelines issued by the Government/NMC.

 • Ensure patient confidentiality and data security at all times.

Coordination & Support

 • Work closely with the nursing, support, and specialist teams for follow-ups.

 • Provide medical advice and timely responses to patient queries.

 • Collaborate with operations to improve consultation experience and workflow.

Monitoring & Quality

 • Ensure high-quality consultations with empathy and professionalism.

 • Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous learning sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

 • MBBS with valid NMC/MCI registration.

 • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital/OPD setup.

 • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to manage primary care.

 • Comfortable with technology, EMR systems & teleconsultation tools.

Preferred Skills:

 • Excellent communication skills & patient-handling abilities.

 • Ability to manage high patient load during peak hours.

 • Good clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
