Medical Officer / Registrar (ICU /ER/ PICU / Obstetrics & Gynae

Patient Care: Conduct thorough clinical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring patient-centered care. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide continuity of care. Provide support for acute and chronic patient conditions, including emergency care. Collaboration and Supervision: Work closely with senior consultants, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Assist in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and management plans. Supervise and guide junior medical staff, medical students, and interns. Clinical Procedures and Emergency Care: Take part in emergency procedures, including resuscitation, trauma care, or any specialized interventions depending on the department. In Obstetrics & Gynaecology, assist with deliveries, surgeries, and postnatal care. For ICU/PICU, ensure critical patients are monitored, and provide hands-on management in critical care settings. Medical Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documenting patient assessments, procedures, and outcomes. Ensure proper handovers during shift changes, providing comprehensive updates on patient conditions.
