Prevention of occupational diseases, Lifestyle disease, Conduct employee Health protection and promotion activities proactively to reduce absenteeism & increase organizational productivityTo Identify occupational health hazards & assessment of health risks, as a necessary requirement to reduce or eliminate hazards & thus reduce health risks. Co-coordinate with the safety and Environment team to implement protocols & procedures to ensure prompt response to emergencies. Injury prevention strategies, Safe and hygienic workplaces, Adherence to sustainability goals of organization related to occupational health and wellness.To administer therapeutic health services for general illnesses & prompt and effective management of workplace injuries to foster employee wellness. Helping in local community CSR projects related to health.Organize & implement various health-related activities like health screening camps, health awareness camps and talks, first aid training programmes etc. to enhance employee and family’s welfare/ wellness activities.Plan budgetary allocation of resources to make adequate & optimum utilization of the resources.Implement all organizational policies related to occupational health and safety management systems, National/state OHS policies, compliances, ISO 45001 system adherence etc.

Academic Qualification

MBBS or equivalent foreign degreeAdditional: AFIH or DIH

Relevant Experience

Practical experience in Industrial/ Occupational Health, preferably of 3- 8 years’ duration.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Sound knowledge & applicability of occupational health concepts, Able to handle medical emergencies & injury cases efficiently & effectively, Desired but not compulsory -Certificate courses in ISO 45001, ACLS, ATLS etc

Pleasing personality, ability to handle pressure situations, Calmness during emergency situations, Caring attitude, Passion for OH excellence, Strategic thinking etc
