Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions. Prescribe medication and monitor treatment progress. Perform or assist in minor surgical procedures when necessary. Conduct regular patient check-ups and follow-ups. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with medical standards. Supervisory & Administrative Duties: Supervise nurses and other healthcare staff in the execution of their duties. Participate in ward rounds and case discussions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Assist in managing emergency situations and on-call duties. Public Health & Preventive Medicine : Participate in disease surveillance and immunization programs. Conduct health education and awareness sessions for communities. Contribute to public health reporting and documentation. Training & Development: Mentor and train junior medical staff, interns, or students. Attend and contribute to medical workshops and conferences.
