Job Description

As an Assistant in the healthcare department, your role will involve assisting consultants in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. This includes assisting in I.P.D. & O.T. procedures, maintaining the confidentiality of patient records, preparing correct patient records, and discussing cases with the consultant. Additionally, you will counsel patients, help in taking proper clinical history & examination, and educate nursing staff while addressing their clinical queries related to patient care. Your responsibilities will also include effectively communicating and educating patients, making accurate diagnoses, and providing the best care to patients from admission to discharge. You will actively participate in academic activities such as CMEs, attend local & regional conferences to enhance knowledge and skills, and contribute to Continuous Quality Improvement by formulating Process Improvement programs and Quality Initiatives. Furthermore, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet the exigencies of work. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred Additional Details: The job is full-time and includes benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The work location is in person at Ludhiana, Punjab, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work.,
