Medical Officer

Job description

The role will be to review and verify large volumes of patient's full medical records with precision, perform clinical reviews as defined by the specific review methodologies and prepare a detailed report that includes chronologies and timelines, summaries, mass tort matrix and medical opinions on case validity and valuation.

Qualifications

• MBBS graduate (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent diagnostic skills.
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients.
• Conduct consultations to understand patient medical history and symptoms.
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on lifestyle adjustments and preventive healthcare.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of patient treatments and health progress.
• Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to diagnose illnesses or injuries accurately.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical interventions as necessary, considering patients' health status and potential risks.
• Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.
• Communicate regularly with patients' primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate care plans and exchange relevant medical information.
• Participate in continuing medical education programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
