Marketing Strategy Execution Assist the Marketing Manager in designing and implementing local marketing strategies and outreach plans. Support in preparing and presenting relevant business proposals and marketing collaterals. Consistently track and report the effectiveness of strategies toward achieving departmental objectives. 3. Market Intelligence Keep track of healthcare market trends, competitor activities, local healthcare events, and patient needs. Gather insights on community health trends and align outreach efforts accordingly. Regularly update the team and management on market movements and referral behaviours. 4. Client & Doctor Engagement Maintain excellent relationships with key clients, doctors, and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the hospital and medical practitioners for patient coordination and tie-ups. Organize regular visits and relationship-building activities with external stakeholders. 5. Event Management Plan, organize, and coordinate medical camps, health talks, and screening events in target areas. Coordinate and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in collaboration with doctors and internal teams. Ensure appropriate branding, attendance, and follow-up from events. 6. Reporting & Coordination Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales/marketing reports. Coordinate with internal departments like operations, admissions, and billing to ensure smooth patient experiences. Attend all relevant training sessions and stay updated on hospital offerings and processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (field role preferred). Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-intensive environment.
