Medical Lab Technician

You will be joining our team in the Hospital & Health Care industry as a Lab Technician. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to conduct laboratory tests and experiments to support medical research and patient care. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently will greatly contribute to our continuous efforts to enhance diagnoses and treatments. Your key responsibilities will include performing laboratory tests and experiments according to established procedures, collecting and processing biological samples for analysis, and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies to ensure their proper functionality and availability. Additionally, you will be involved in assisting with the development of new laboratory methodologies, recording and analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports for medical professionals and researchers to review. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure timely and accurate test results and findings. You must also adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field. Prior experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment, is required. Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment, and procedures, as well as strong data analysis and reporting skills using computer software, is essential. Your excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be highly valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a laboratory setting. Your problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, adaptability to changing priorities, and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial. The role may require flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule based in Hyderabad, Telangana. A Diploma is preferred in terms of education, and at least 1 year of total work experience is preferred for this role. You should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
