Medical Lab Technician

We are looking for a responsible and well-mannered Lab Technician to handle sample collections and insurance medicals. The candidate should be willing to travel long distances for patient and client visits and maintain professionalism while interacting with patients and insurance representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit patient's / clients place for sample collection.
• Ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and safe transportation of collected samples.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and coordinators regarding appointments and procedures.
• Enter patient and test data accurately using basic computer applications (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely sample submission and reporting.
• Manage assigned routes efficiently and maintain punctuality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sample collection or phlebotomy preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Sheets).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Convincing ability and patient-friendly attitude.
• Willingness to travel long distances as part of daily duties.
• Should know how to take ECGs; if not, must be willing to learn – training will be provided.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility can be discussed in the interview).
• Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
• Candidates with prior experience in home collections or insurance medicals will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
