Qualifications Required: - Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Medical Eligibility Verification, preferably in the mental health or behavioral health field. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Knowledge of US Healthcare and Mental Health Terminology: Understanding of mental health billing codes, insurance procedures, and services. - Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documenting verification details and handling sensitive patient information. - Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer applications, insurance portals, and billing systems. - Ability to Work Independently & in Teams: Self-driven with the capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
