Job Summary:
We are hiring a Medical Eligibility Verification (EV) Specialist to join our growing team. The role requires verifying patients' insurance coverage for healthcare services, ensuring accurate and timely information for smooth claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
● Verify patients’ insurance eligibility prior to medical services.● Communicate with insurance companies via calls and online portals to confirm coverage, benefits, co-pays, and deductibles.● Accurately document all verification details in internal systems.● Coordinate with internal teams for resolution of eligibility-related issues.● Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.● Meet defined productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:
● Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Medical Eligibility Verification (Mandatory)● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English● Good knowledge of US healthcare processes and terminology● Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills● Basic computer proficiency● Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
