Job Description

As the Lead of the Creative & Graphics Design Team at Pfizer, you will play a pivotal role in providing vision, guidance, and mentorship to optimize the team's working model. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the Creative & Graphics Design Team across various therapeutic areas to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery. - Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive strategies for excellence and continuous improvement in medical communication design. - Developing and executing strategies for attracting and retaining top talent, including managing onboarding processes for new hires. - Driving the creation and delivery of scientifically accurate, clear, and engaging medical communication materials. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. - Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, including brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations. - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in medical communication design. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, digital visual arts, communication design, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on medical communications, healthcare, or pharma. - Proven leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing a creative team. - Expertise in digital design tools and experience with web technologies, multimedia production, and emerging technologies. - Strong understanding of medical and scientific terminology and the ability to communicate complex scientific information visually.
