Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Medical Communication Writerto lead content development across scientific, branded, and consumer\-friendlyformats
This role involves scientific communication, medical storytelling, andomnichannel asset creation for pharma, medical device, and healthcare clients

You\\u ll be responsible for clinical evidence summarization,brand strategy alignment, and regulatory\-compliant content for internal andexternal communication
This is a client\-facing role and involves working withgraphic designers, statisticians, IT, and cross\-functional teams

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and edit high\-quality content:research summaries, visual aids, video scripts, IVAs, brochures, web copy, etc

Interpret complex clinical\/scientific data andtranslate into HCP, patient, and consumer\-friendly formats

Align content with brand strategy andtherapeutic positioning for branded and non\-branded campaigns

Lead content planning across omnichannel pharmajourneys

Collaborate with creative, data, and developmentteams to ensure integrated delivery

Participate in client discussions and strategymeetings; guide junior writers with reviews and training

Ensure scientific accuracy, regulatorycompliance, and consistency across all deliverables

Qualifications

Master\\u s degree or higher in Life Sciences,Medicine, Pharmacology, or a related field

Minimum 3\-5 years\\u experience in scientificwriting, content development, or medical communications

Proven experience working with branded pharmacontent and omnichannel communication assets

Demonstrated skill in simplifying complexscience for patients and general audiences

Experience managing junior writers and reviewingtheir content

Must \- Haves :

Strong writing and storytelling abilitiestailored to Indian healthcare, wellness, or pharma context

Experience in writing for brand campaigns,patient awareness, and public health communications

Scientific writing and clinical contentsummarization

Patient\-friendly and HCP content development

Strong grammar and medical writing structure

Omnichannel pharma asset familiarity (IVAs,emailers, videos, brochures)

Excellent research, referencing, andcommunication skills

Ability to write with clarity, empathy, andcultural relevance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(client\-facing readiness)

Comfortable with working on cross\-format content(PPTs, websites, PDFs, HTML, etc)

Strong attention to detail and structuredfeedback delivery skills

Nice\-to\-Have:

Exposure to regulatory writing, submission docs,or Veeva

Experience in therapeutic branding or strategyconsulting

Regional content adaptation\ / translationworkflows

Familiarity with medical design workflows anddigital medical formats
