Role & responsibilities

CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
8-12 years of experience in
IP DRG.
Sound domain knowledge in Training and Quality.
Should have trained more batches in IPDRG.
Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
Need to own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
Aspiring being ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery and embedding them in the team
Project planning, managing & presentation skills
Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills
Customer orientation and Client handling
Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for project approvals , prioritization and alternatives in the language of business
Strong conceptual skills (business models, frameworks, standards) and analytical skills to craft, execute, and oversee initiatives.
Candidates currently who are not a trainer on papers can also apply.
