Job Description

Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for surgical procedures; ensure compliance with coding guidelines; verify and abstract data from medical records in outpatient surgery and hospital settings.

Required Candidate profile

2–4 years in surgical coding; proficiency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS; knowledge of AMA, AHA, CMS guidelines; strong analytical skills; CPC or equivalent certification preferred.
